    Your 10% share gives you complete freedom to enjoy multiple properties across our network. Through our innovative points system, you can book stays at any Cocasa property throughout the year. Whether you prefer skiing in winter or beach days in summer, you're never locked into one location

  • How do I book my stay?

     We use a points system to ensure equitable booking. Each ownership share comes with annual points. Simply log into the member portal to select your days as far as one year in advance.

    A 10% share translates to 35 days annually, with usage allocated through our smart points system that ensures fairness and flexibility:

    Peak Season Bookings

    Premium periods (holidays, ski season, summer) require more points per day

    Peak days cost 1.5-2.5 points per day

    Ensures fair access to highly desirable times

     

    Regular Season

    Standard periods cost 1 point per day

    Typically includes spring and fall seasons

    Offers balanced value for points spent

     

    Off-Peak Season

    Low-demand periods require fewer points (0.5-0.75 points per day)

    Allows owners to maximize their stay duration

    You have complete control over when and at what price to sell your share. Our platform makes selling as simple as listing an item online, giving you the freedom to exit your investment whenever you choose after the initial 1-year lock-in period.

  • How is the property managed?

    We handle everything. From maintenance to cleaning, from property management to legal administration - all you need to do is arrive with your personal items. We can even:

    • Stock your fridge before arrival
    • Store your belongings between stays
    • Arrange local transportation
    • Plan activities for your stay
    • Arrange a private chef. Nothing is ever too small or too big for us to help you feel at home.
